Original Tracks
This page showcases any music tracks that (a) were not made with BeepBox and (b) that I feel are good enough to not immediately fill me with shame upon being listened to by someone else. (That doesn’t mean that they’re good, though! I strive for mediocrity in a world of excellence.) Enjoy!

I think the composition on this one is pretty good but listening back on it I have a lot to learn about mixing. My friend said it “slaps” though so that has to count for something right? Had fun hunting through my downloaded audio for samples to carelessly chuck in.

This was a homage to Aphex Twin’s Selected Ambient Works Vol. 1 (because of course your weirdo Neocities pal is an Aphex Twin fan). It’s pretty minimalist but I actually feel like I did a halfway decent job.
PLUS STAR 01 [WIP]
Experiment with harsher-sounding drum programming because I’ve been listening to way too much Machine Girl. I want to work on this a bit more but will probably never get around to it.

Old Cave of Calcium
Came up with a 7/4 riff then improvised some amateur electric piano passages over it. I do like those default soundfont synths, maybe I’ll do something with them in the future.
Controller Rumble
This track is a doodle with chiptune instruments with a simple drum and synth backing I made in LMMS, showcasing the instruments “Monstro” (3-oscillator matrix synth), “FreeBoy” (Game Boy sound chip emulator) and “Nescaline” (NES/Famicom sound chip emulator), which are used for the delayed-vibrato Game Boy lead, distorted high attack/decay chords and punchier Game Boy lead respectively. Consider it a tribute to all the pleasant bouncy Game Boy tunes I’ve ever listened to.
